Life Sciences District
Represented a consortium
of St. Louis, Missouri life sciences organizations in securing
$12 million in state economic development tax credits from
the Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB) and the Missouri
Department of Economic Development (DED) for the creation
of a life sciences research and commercialization district
in St. Louis, Mo. Missouri tax credits are redeemable with
the Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR).

Provided
strategic counsel to a statewide coalition of life sciences
organizations in defending against enactment of anti-research
legislation by the Missouri Legislature.
