Assisted a developer in securing brownfield
environmental remediation tax credits from the Missouri Department
of Natural Resources (MDNR) and the Missouri Department of
Economic Development (MDED) for remedial clean-up of property

Permitting
Served as environmental law counsel for a large
printing company in federal Clean Air Act regulatory compliance
and construction and operating permit application process.

reporting and remediating a petroleum release under federal
and Missouri environmental law.
